How to Find Us

If you aren’t familiar with the area, the simplest way to find us these days is to type our postcode PL19 9NN into your SatNav.

If you are using MAPS on an I-PHONE, then use our postcode to locate us rather than typing in the name of the pub (which will take you in the wrong direction!)

If you want to use a more traditional method the map on the right should be helpful. (You can download a copy of this map as a PDF file.)

We are easy to find being only 3 miles North East of Tavistock.

If coming from Plymouth follow the signs to Tavistock which will take you onto the A386. Once you get to Tavistock stay on the A386 and follow the signs to Okehampton. About 2 miles outside Tavistock turn off to the right, down a country lane signposted to Peter Tavy and the Inn.

We are about a mile off the A386. You’ll pass Harford Bridge Holiday Park on your right and almost immediately cross over a quaint Bridge (Harford Bridge). Follow the Lane into the Village. In the village keep going, look out for the church. Before you get to the church turn to your left down what appears to be a farm lane. At the end of the lane you’ll find the Peter Tavy Inn.

If coming from Okehampton or the A30 follow the signs to Tavistock which will get you onto the A386. Follow the A386 – when you reach Mary Tavy you’ll know you are getting close. Drive through Mary Tavy  and after about a mile turn left down a country lane signposted to Peter Tavy, Harford Bridge Holiday Park and the Peter Tavy Inn.
Follow directions as above.
